Our policy for returning is valid within 14 days after ship date. womencoth.com Store guarantees total customer satisfaction with no hassle when you purchase from womencoth.com. 

In order to return an item customer is responsible for shipping back to us.


If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:

-Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.

-Email us at service@womencoth.com

If you have received your item and would like a refund or exchange:

Note: No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.


HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?

-You will be refunded for the merchandise total.

-unopened, unused, not damaged and in a re-saleable condition with the all tamper-resistant seals, original packaging.. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

-Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

-If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

There are certain situations when only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


CANCELLATION

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
